POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative, productive environment
Contribute to development by building, maintaining, and improving software while upholding best practices
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations are met
Define and enforce technical standards, architecture, and continuous innovation
Drive Agile processes and optimise workflows, CI/CD, and overall team efficiency
Ensure high-quality delivery through robust testing, automation, and code standards
Align technical delivery with business goals through clear communication and cross-functional collaboration

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Relevant degree in Computer Science with additional certification in Agile or project management
6+ years in software development, including leadership experience and a strong track record delivering complex projects
Solid full-stack development expertise across modern languages, frameworks, databases, and cloud/DevOps tools
