SUMMARY:
We are recruiting for a Software Development Manager to Manage all the activities of the software development project

POSITION INFO:
Must be able to set attainable goals to team members in order for the project to be finished on time
Provides guidance to team members to encourage work productivity
Make sure the timeline is followed by the software development
group
Ensure appropriate procedures and processes are followed when it comes to software development
Assess software requirements
Ensure design plans, reviews unit tests are in place
Ensure that the project is being documented
Monitors, evaluate and ensure the completion of tasks and projects
Monitor the status of the project
