A Johannesburg East based client is looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage a team of developers and to provide guidance, support, and mentoring to achieve project objectives.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

BSc or IT Degree

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years' experience
C#, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
Team lead experience or experience in peer code reviews at a senior level

KPA’s:

Enforce adherence to governance, standards, and best practices to maintain code quality and system integrity.
Ensure the team's performance and productivity through effective goal-setting, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
Design, develop, and maintain software applications, employing industry best practices and leveraging your technical expertise.
