SUMMARY:
The Software Engineering & RPA Team Lead will be responsible for driving the design, development, and implementation of enterprise software solutions and robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives.

POSITION INFO:
Required Experience:

Minimum 10 years’ experience in software engineering and RPA, including leading related initiatives and teams.
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale automation projects.
Experience in managing software development and automation teams.
Familiarity with agile project management and CI/CD pipelines.
Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Science / Information Technology (Programming / Software Engineering).
Certifications like MCSD, PMP, or other relevant certifications
