A rare and wondrous opportunity has arisen within the enchanted halls. My client seeks a Software Engineering Manager—a seasoned technomancer with a strong wand hand in code and a wise head for leadership.
If you can conjure clean architecture, banish bugs with a flick of your wrist, and lead a team of spellbinding engineers through the stormiest of development cycles, then this is your calling.
The ideal candidate has led brave squads before, battled technical dragons, and emerged victorious with deployable artifacts.

POSITION INFO:

A Bachelor's (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent magical discipline from an accredited Muggle or wizarding institution
Minimum 5+ years mastering your craft as a software engineer (preferably not in the Dark Arts)
Minimum 2+ years leading squads of fellow engineers through battle (or production deployments)
Proficiency in magical languages such as JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript (or your house specialty)
Deep knowledge of software architecture, system design, and how to avoid cursed code
A heart full of leadership, and a head full of logic
