JOB SUMMARY:
A Global software specialist, specializing in ERP software for the meat and food industry, is seeking to appoint a software support consultant for their remote office based in Cape Town. You will be responsible for supporting the Company’s local client base in the Western Cape.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As Software Support Consultant you will be responsible for supporting the company’s local client base. You will become a systems expert and will gain accounting knowledge, while providing world class technical support on a cloud based, comprehensive property management platform. You will need to respond to user support calls and queries, train clients on the software, prepare training material and document issues to share with the team.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Related degree
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Own transport and a valid license.

The successful candidate should have knowledge in the following fields:
IT:

Networking skills
PC skills
Setting up printer networks

SQL:

SQL Knowledge
Data base backups
Data base Restorations
Running Scripts
