Overview:

An innovative tech-focused organization is seeking a detail-oriented Software Test Analyst to join its QA team. The successful candidate will support the quality assurance lifecycle by designing, executing, and maintaining both automated and manual test cases. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring high-quality software is delivered by identifying bugs, improving test coverage, and collaborating cross-functionally with developers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases and plans
Conduct end-to-end manual and automated testing across various platforms
Identify bugs, log issues, and follow up with development teams
Report testing outcomes and contribute to documentation such as release notes
Actively engage in standups, planning meetings, and team reviews
Use tools like Azure DevOps, Postman, and Node.js/Chai

Required Skills & Experience:

At least 2 years’ experience in a software testing role
Proficiency in SQL, web services (IIS), SSRS
Familiarity with API testing tools and scripting (e.g., Postman, Node.js/Chai)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
