We build software. It looks good. It works… mostly.
Then you arrive and prove otherwise.
We’re building a talent pool of testers who have a natural instinct for spotting what’s off, what’s broken, and what’s about to become someone else’s problem.
If you’ve ever used an app and immediately tried to break it, we should talk.

What this is really about:

• This isn’t about following scripts and ticking boxes.
  It’s about curiosity, persistence, and a slight distrust of anything that claims to be “working fine.”
• It’s about asking:

• What happens if I click this five times?
• Why is this button here?
• Who approved this?

• And then proving your point with evidence.

• Education – relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, or something close enough that you can explain what you do at family gatherings
• Or no formal qualification at all, but a proven ability to find problems where others see “features”

• Minimum 2 years’ spent testing software, breaking systems, or being the person who always finds what’s wrong
• Exposure to different environments, teams, or tools (and opinions about all of them)
• Experience in manual testing, with automation knowledge being a welcome evolution

• An eye for detail that borders on obsessive
• The ability to question everything without becoming unbearable
• Clear, concise communication (especially when something is very broken)
• Familiarity with testing tools and an understanding that tools don’t replace thinking
• A natural curiosity and a refusal to just accept “it works”
