Software Testing Analyst

A fantastic opportunity is available for a skilled Software Testing Analyst. The role involves ensuring software applications meet required standards, with a focus on quality, reliability, and efficiency through automated testing tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning & Execution: Develop test cases, test data, and test scenarios at all stages of the software development life cycle. Execute testing and ensure all products meet functional requirements before deployment.
Software Testing: Conduct functional, integration, and compatibility testing for both web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android). Ensure all software components are benchmarked and meet required standards.
Automation & Tools: Utilize automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, JIRA) to streamline testing processes. Document test results and communicate findings clearly to the team.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare test documentation, track test progress, and manage tasks in Jira. Ensure testing reports are clear, up-to-date, and meet company standards.
Communication & Collaboration: Provide timely updates to the team and stakeholders on task progress, risks, and issues. Share feedback on testing outcomes and offer insights for improvement.

Key Skills and Experience (3-5 Years Required):

Testing Tools: Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Zephyr, Browserstack, and JIRA.
Programming: Coding experience in languages such as HTML, JavaScript, Kotlin, or Swift.
Testing Methodologies: Familiarity with smoke, functional, and post-deployment testing, as well as Agile development processes.
Platforms: Proven experience in testing across web and mobile-based systems (iOS and Android).
Documentation: Ability to create, maintain, and document test cases and reports.

Educational Requirements:

Certification or qualification in software testing.
A diploma or degree in a software-related field is highly desirable.
