POSITION INFO:
A leading digital solutions consultancy is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support a major enterprise client on a digital transformation initiative. This hands-on, client-facing role involves analysing business processes, gathering technical requirements, and bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

• Relevant diploma or degree in IT, Business Analysis, or related field

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA on digital transformation or automation projects
• Strong understanding of business process modelling and improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, M-Files, OpenText)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid client environment

• Experience with iManage document management systems
• Exposure to low-code or intelligent automation solutions
• Understanding of integration, data flow, and systems interoperability
• Legal industry experience
• Agile delivery exposure
• Interest in Copilot Studio / Agentic AI
