Software Trainer and End User Trainer (In-House Trainer)

SOFTWARE TRAINER & END USER SUPPORT OFFICER (In-House Software Trainer)

We are looking for a Candidate that can provide in-house Training to end users for a Large Institution in Cape Town.  The Ideal Candidate will have Legal Software and Windows 11 experience. The role focuses on troubleshooting, user assistance, documentation, and training across standard business applications and systems

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
End user IT Training on Computers and Software Support
Provide Training and Assist users on Legal Software & Windows 11
Create, maintain, and publish user support documentation
Deliver general software training and conduct skills assessments for end users
Support Microsoft Office applications and other business-related software
Assist with boardroom, meeting room, and online meeting technology setup and connectivity

Requirements:
Grade 12 qualification
1–2 years’ experience in an end-user or software support role
Solid working knowledge of Windows 11
Legal Software (Super User)
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word and Excel – intermediate level)
Previous experience providing software-based support to end users
