SUMMARY:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading renewable energy company that is expanding its project delivery team due to significant growth in their commercial and utility-scale solar pipeline.

POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking an experienced Solar PV Project Manager with a proven track record in commercial and large-scale solar PV installations. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of major solar projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of commercial and large-scale solar PV projects.
Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Oversee procurement, scheduling, risk management, and project reporting.
Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies throughout the project.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Essential Requirements:

A Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 3+ years’ experience managing commercial or utility-scale solar PV projects.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, grid connections, and construction methodologies.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with HSE regulations and construction compliance.

Desirable:

Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP, and PRINCE2).
Experience with battery storage or hybrid energy systems.
Proficiency in project planning software (e.g. MS Project, and Primavera).
