SUMMARY:
Do you have a passion for clean energy and a strong record of closing high-value deals? We’re looking for a Solar Sales Representative with a proven track record in residential or commercial solar sales to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do:

Drive new business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing solar system sales
Present customized solar solutions to residential and/or commercial clients
Conduct site visits and prepare system proposals in collaboration with the technical team
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs

POSITION INFO:
What We’re Looking For:

2–5 years of direct solar sales experience (residential or commercial)
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills
Knowledge of solar systems, energy savings analysis, and installation process
Self-motivated and results-driven with a hunter mentality
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
