Our client in the Telecoms Sector requires a Solutions Architect on a 6 months contract role who has the following experience;

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements:

Commissions;

Commissions, Supply Chain & Finance.
Mandatory experience in implementing >2 commissions projects

Digital Channels;

Digital Architect with experience in solution modern web/portal architectures:

Mandatory experience in;

Single Page Application/architectures
Microservices application design
Serverless Architecture
Event Driven Solutions
BSS/OSS Architect

Mandatory experience in implementing converged solutions inclusive of:

Mobile
Fibre
Fixed Line

Customer Services & Operations;

Contact Centre Transformation.
Mandatory experience with Genesys Cloud Solutions/Products

Must demonstrate experience in the implementation of:

IVR
Call Telephony Integration
Knowledge Management
Chat Bot
