SUMMARY:

A Well Known Luxury Safari and Travel Brand is looking for a SPECIAL LANGUAGE TRAVEL SPECIALIST (Spanish)

POSITION INFO:
Candidate requirements:

Grade 12
A qualification in Travel/Tourism or Leisure (preferred)
Must have at least 3 â 5 or more years of Inbound Tour Operating experience and understanding of the Travel Industry (essential)
Must have extensive DMC knowledge of at least 2 of the 3 regions that we work i.e. South Africa, Southern
Africa or East Africa (essential)
An in-depth geographical, logistical, and product knowledge of the above-mentioned countries
Good understanding of delivering excellent service to agents/guests
In-depth knowledge of Tourplan and WETU or a similar booking system (advantageous)
Fluent in both verbal and written Spanish preferably South American Spanish
Must have a willingness and aptitude to learn, be organized, efficient, and have attention to detail
Must have good customer service experience, Â be confident, people-orientated and pro-active
