SUMMARY:
Our client, a leader in the vehicle insurance industry is looking for a Special Products and Optimisation Manager.

POSITION INFO:
The role has two main purposes:

To manage new product implementation within the insurance environment
To evaluate business processes for optimization.

This will include:
Development of process documentation and evaluation frameworks to be used across the business.
Evaluating and diagnosing the current functioning of the business unit (processes, systems, controls, value flows between business units) using proven methodologies, tools and techniques.
Defining and designing optimum process and control management solutions to deliver on business strategies

To qualify for the role you will have:

Engineering degree, Honours degree or relevant degree
Minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience
Specifically, experience in process improvement work utilising continuous improvement methodologies, tools and techniques.
Experience with handling and interpreting both data and statistical analysis
Advanced Excel
