About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Special Projects Analyst to join our team. This is a junior role with high visibility, directly supporting the Head of Practice Management and the Chief of Staff. You'll be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives by providing critical data analysis, reporting, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Gather and analyze data from various internal sources, including CRM, financial statements, and advisor performance metrics.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to track key business drivers and project progress.
• Translate complex data sets into clear, concise, and compelling presentations for senior leadership.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of special projects that support the firm's strategic goals.
• Coordinate project timelines, prepare materials for meetings, and document key decisions and action items.
• Conduct research and competitive analysis on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to support practice management initiatives.

• Work with the Head of Practice Management to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and the advisor experience.
• Help map existing workflows and analyze data to recommend improvements.

• South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
• Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
• Grade 12
• A bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience: Entry-level position however, Experience within the financial services industry is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with a CRM system (like Salesforce) and data visualization tools (like Power BI or Tableau) is highly desirable.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
