JOB SUMMARY:
An exciting position exists for a Specialist: Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Instructional Design to manage company Learning Management Systems (LMS) including the design and development of functional e-learning programmes and training content to support our staff, client and/or business requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management with specialization in L&D and Materials Design and Development
Experience in software systems support and administration
A strong level of knowledge in content authoring software such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate
Knowledge of learning theories, methodologies and the multiple levels of evaluation
3-5 years' experience in instructional design
2-3 years' experience in financial services in a call centre environment will be advantageous
The proven ability to design & develop outcomes-based learning programmes using a variety of learning methodologies
Proven ability to analyse and design learning solutions to a variety of people driven business challenges through research and innovation
