A high-impact opportunity is available for a Specialist in POS hardware and software to lead operational excellence within a fast-paced Payments Division Repairs Centre. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving service quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full repair process to ensure quality and efficiency

Develop and implement systems and policies to enhance operations

Monitor trends and recurring issues to improve turnaround times

Maintain strong OEM relationships and support in-house software development
-
Ensure service levels (SLAs) are met and proactively resolve performance gaps

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and strategic operational planning

Analyse data and generate reports to guide decision-making

Drive cost-saving initiatives and process alignment

Resolve customer complaints and maintain stakeholder relationships

Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office tools
