Specialist Solution Analyst

Currently, we are seeking candidates for a Specialist Solution Analyst position with expertise in data analytics, data engineering integration, and financial markets.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• Define and document data engineering standards, including code structure, data asset usage, and calculation methodologies.
• Maintain a centralized documentation system for production solutions and assets.
• Act as the bridge between data analytics and data engineering teams to promote best practices and ensure alignment.
• Review and approve analytics solutions before handoff to the engineering team.
• Create procedures for solution handovers, tracking feedback and improvements.
• Build educational resources and support tools for analysts to enhance team capabilities.
• Consolidate and manage a repository of reusable data assets and components.
• Drive continuous improvement across analytical and data engineering processes.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog grooming.
• Provide hands-on support to the data analytics team as needed.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 5+ years' experience in data or development environments, with a strong analytics/engineering background.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial products and markets.
• Deep understanding of data engineering principles, including ETL pipelines, data modeling, and automation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL, including API integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), especially for deploying and managing data solutions.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
