Job Purpose:

The Technology Sourcing Specialist is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building talent pipelines for current and future technology roles. The role focuses on critical engineering, data, QA, and emerging technology skills to ensure the organisation maintains a strong, future-ready technology workforce

POSITION INFO:
Key Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in technology sourcing or technical recruitment (engineering, data, QA, or related roles)
Strong capability in proactive search, talent mapping, and pipelining
Solid understanding of technology roles, skill sets, and market trends
Ability to build long-term candidate relationships and influence through insight-led conversations
Data-driven mindset with comfort using ATS and sourcing tools
