  The Role:

  We are looking for a Splunk Developer with 6 years+ experience for a project role based in Midrand/Rosslyn.

  Skills and Experience:

  Minimum educational level:

  • IT Degree/Diploma

   

  Required competencies:

  • Ingesting, monitoring, visualizing and analysing data technology experience
  • Splunk Search Processing Language (SPL), Splunk Data Ingest configuration preferred
  • Amazon Web Services experience required
  • Automation experience in PowerShell and Python
  • Ingest pipelines experience in Cribl
  • Windows and Linux systems and shell commands

   

  Key Accountabilities:

  Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and customizes Splunk apps and dashboards
  • Implements integration with external systems
  • Builds advanced visualisations
  • Able to translate complex requirements into functional software
  • Work in the agile environment
