SUMMARY:
Our client in the service firm, is looking for a Company Secretarial / Statutory Compliance Officer with 3+ years of experience in a similar role to join their team in Honeydew

Salary: R25 000 per month

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

3+ years of experience in a company secretarial or statutory compliance role
Relevant tertiary qualification (Legal, Corporate Governance, or similar)
Strong administrative skills and database management experience.
Proficient in Greysoft and InfoDocs (or similar secretarial software)
Excellent knowledge of the Companies Act and FICA
Bilingual in Afrikaans and English preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all company secretarial duties, including formation, registration, and deregistration of companies and close corporations
Manage director/member/auditor appointments and resignations
Maintain statutory records (share registers, director registers, etc.)
Process share transfers, issue share certificates, and prepare statutory resolutions and minutes
File statutory forms with CIPC and manage Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) declarations
Ensure FIC Act compliance and handle KYC documentation
Utilize CIPC eServices and BizPortal effectively
Provide ad hoc administrative and compliance support as needed
