JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced stock Warehouse Supervisor for our client within the FMCG sector. You will be overseeing and coordinating the daily warehousing activities and duties in terms of productivity, quality, customer service and ensuring that the daily operations are met.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and Responsibilities

Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities.
Measure and report on employee’s performance.
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
Ensure orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries are accurate.
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.

Requirements

Matric or relevant tertiary education
Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
MS Office proficient.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
