JOB SUMMARY:
Stock and System Administrator:

Our client in the Northern Suburbs is looking for a Stock and System Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be well presented and hardworking.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

FMCG retail experience
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Computer literate
Organizational skills
Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Matric certificate
Experience with product costings and calculations

Responsibilities:

Produce and check the daily system and operational reports
Assist with the weekly management business reports
Loading of promotions onto the system
Ensure the pricing is up to date
Stock takes and calculations of GP’s
Checking CRV’s and claim batches
Checking the IBT batches
Checking of the IDT
General adhoc duties
Checking of the waste processing
