SUMMARY:
We are hiring a Technical Manager with solid experience and knowledge of stone and citrus fruit.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Logistics, Supply Chain or Agriculture Degree/Diploma
At least 5 years experience technical experience dealing with stone and citrus fruit

Duties and Responsibilities:

Cultivate and retain a strong producer network for procurement.
Generate precise pre- and post-season yield estimates.
Oversee harvesting and packing operations efficiently.
Minimize the incidence of non-conforming deliveries.
Guarantee adherence to all Food Safety protocols.
Offer comprehensive technical assistance to growers.
Administer all grower-related documentation and processes.
