Job Brief

The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining store development standards and branding in local market.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Refine and improve store work processes and standardise with all key stakeholders
• Work closely with all stakeholders through all phases of new store opening, from feasibility study of projects till hand over to the store operation team
• Manage the revamp of stores to completion
• Oversee the operations of the gig-rig team
• Work with cross functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of new store openings

Skills Required

• Diploma or degree in business, project management, marketing, or related field
• Minimum of five years’ experience in retail planning capacity.
• Understanding of store layouts and floor plans.
• Budget management.
• Commercially sound. Analytical and results focussed
• Ability to create, read, analyse, and interpret general business reports
• Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and prioritise workload with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• A collaborative team player – concerned with the team success as well as individual performance
• Solution orientated, decisive by nature
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
