What You'll Do: Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the store team to meet and exceed sales and operational goals. Manage daily store operations to guarantee efficiency and effectiveness. Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally addressing queries and resolving complaints. Drive sales growth through strategic planning, promotional activities, and achieving business targets. Oversee stock management, including inventory control, merchandising, replenishment, and loss prevention. Ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures. Monitor store performance, analyze KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean, organised, safe, and visually appealing store environment. Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and productivity. Prepare operational and sales reports for senior management. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of management experience within a retail environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, planning, and organisational abilities. Proficiency in management software and MS Office, with knowledge of RPE and C being advantageous. A customer-focused approach with a track record of delivering high service standards. Ability to analyse performance data and implement improvement strategies.
