A leading retail and distribution company is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead operations at their Pretoria branch.
This opportunity is ideal for a driven leader with strong sales, customer service, and operational management experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Store Manager, Branch Manager, or Retail Supervisor within a retail or distribution environment.
Retail or branch management experience essential.
Strong leadership and staff management skills.
Sales and customer service driven.
Stock control and operational management experience.
Good administrative and reporting abilities.
Valid driver’s license advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations and staff.
Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Oversee stock control and merchandising.
Monitor store targets and operational efficiency.
Ensure company procedures and standards are maintained.
Lead and motivate the branch team.
