Our Client, who is a strong competitor in the fast food sector, is looking to hire a Store Manager who will be located in Roscommon, Ireland. Apart from having an exciting, fast paced environment- they have a renowned brand. They are proud of their dynamic company culture & work with multiple well-established company fast food brands within the group. The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the designated store/s.

Duties:

Upskill Assistant Manager & Trainee Manager staff
Liaise with head office when required
Respond directly to any customer complaints & employee relations
Be aware of laws to ensure that the store/s operates within the guidelines
Meet targets around food costs, labour costs, customer count, QSC Audit etc.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Supervisory experience within the Fast-Food industry

5 years Store Management experience

Flexible working hours required (i.e., weekends, nights etc.)
