POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop high-value business opportunities within the freight and logistics sector
Build strong, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Conduct solution-focused presentations and demonstrations to showcase software value
Analyse client operations and provide tailored strategies to meet business needs
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Support) to drive adoption and long-term client success
Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and client intelligence within CRM systems
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to shape market strategy
Consistently achieve and exceed strategic growth and revenue targets

Requirements

3–5 years’ experience in business development, key accounts, or strategic sales
Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or software solutions (advantageous)
Strong business acumen with the ability to craft tailored solutions for client success
Proven ability to engage senior decision-makers and influence buying decisions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly self-driven, strategic thinker with a passion for growth and innovation
