Strategic Data Analyst (Power BI & Research Specialist)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with client partners and sales teams to solve business problems with data-driven solutions.
• Design and execute impactful research methodologies and sampling strategies.
• Extract, analyse, and transform complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards using Power BI to visualize key metrics.
• Present data-driven recommendations to internal teams and clients with clarity and impact.
• Stay ahead of the curve by applying machine learning, AI-driven analytics, and automation where applicable.
• Influence decision-making through clear communication and strong analytical storytelling.

• Post-graduate Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in data analysis within a research environment.
• Proven ability to turn raw data into business impact.
• Strong experience with Power BI, SQL, and statistical tools (SPSS, R, or Python).
• Solid understanding of data architecture, model development, and visualization.
• Experience in large data environments and automated reporting workflows.
• Bonus: Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and experience working with NLP or predictive modelling.
