🔍 Key Requirements

• Qualified or near‑qualified CA(SA), CIMA, or a strong FP&A background
• Proven experience in FP&A / commercial finance within a product, distribution, FMCG, or manufacturing environment
• Advanced financial modelling capability (Excel essential; BI tools highly beneficial)
• Strong experience analysing large, complex data sets
• Solid understanding of pricing models, margin management, and cost drivers
• Commercially astute with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders

As a Strategic Finance & FP&A Specialist, you will support leadership with forward‑looking insights that drive performance and long‑term value.
Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining robust financial and commercial models
• Driving pricing, margin, and profitability analysis
• Analysing sales, stock, and product performance trends
• Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning cycles
• Partnering with operations and sales to enhance commercial outcomes
• Delivering board‑level performance reviews and insights
• Identifying risk, opportunity, and growth initiatives within the product portfolio
• Supporting ad‑hoc strategic and commercial projects
