Key Requirements:- Qualified or nearâqualified CA(SA), CIMA, or a strong FP&A background
- Proven experience in FP&A / commercial finance within a product, distribution, FMCG, or manufacturing environment
- Advanced financial modelling capability (Excel essential; BI tools highly beneficial)
- Strong experience analysing large, complex data sets
- Solid understanding of pricing models, margin management, and cost drivers
- Commercially astute with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders

Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining robust financial and commercial models
- Driving pricing, margin, and profitability analysis
- Analysing sales, stock, and product performance trends
- Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning cycles
- Partnering with operations and sales to enhance commercial outcomes
- Delivering Boardâlevel performance reviews and insights
- Identifying risk, opportunity, and growth initiatives within the product portfolio
- Supporting ad hoc strategic and commercial projects
