POSITION INFO:

Strategic Fund Finance Partner | Audit & Compliance Excellence

We are seeking an exceptional CA(SA) to join a high-performance investment environment. This role is critical in ensuring all financial reporting is accurate, compliant, and ready before being shared with investors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly management accounts and annual financial statements with precision and audit focus
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning, ensuring liquidity and operational commitments are met
Manage supplier payments, reconciliations, and internal controls, driving efficiency and accuracy
Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, fund administrators, and compliance officers to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance
Support the preparation of board packs and executive reports, providing financial insight and analysis
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance controls, and improve reporting accuracy

Candidate Profile

Qualified CA(SA) with 1–3 years post-articles experience (outside of the audit firm, financial services preferred)
Exceptional auditing, controls, and compliance skills; meticulous and detail-oriented
Strong analytical mindset, proactive problem-solver, able to manage multiple workstreams
Confident stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and professional maturity
Independent, structured, and driven to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables
