POSITION INFO:

Strategic Fund Finance Partner | Audit & Compliance Excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and annual financial statements with precision and audit focus
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning, ensuring liquidity and operational commitments are met
• Manage supplier payments, reconciliations, and internal controls, driving efficiency and accuracy
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, fund administrators, and compliance officers to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance
• Support the preparation of board packs and executive reports, providing financial insight and analysis
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance controls, and improve reporting accuracy

Candidate Profile

• Qualified CA(SA) with 1–3 years post-articles experience (outside of the audit firm, financial services preferred)
• Exceptional auditing, controls, and compliance skills; meticulous and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive problem-solver, able to manage multiple workstreams
• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
• High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and professional maturity
• Independent, structured, and driven to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables
