- Project Work
- Categorization and analysis of collected data, including the identification, validation, and reporting of key findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Assist in planning, identification, and collection of relevant data needed for strategic planning decision making
- Evaluating competitor practices
- Collection of business information, and internal organizational analysis necessary to identify business drivers.
- Analyze business operations and projects.
- Conduct extensive market research.
- Strategic Business Reporting
- Collation of critical business information to track strategy execution; business performance or executive reporting.
- Production of insights and formulation of recommendation based on above
- Strategic Execution
- Implement strategic solutions programs and practices
- Supporting the Executives on evaluating future initiatives, including documentation, follow-up and tracking activities.
- Team Collaboration
- Engaging with team to enhance function of team; build productivity tools and systematize learnings.
- The Strategy and Change function has three major responsibilities:
- The development and support of business formalization activities (which will change as the organization matures) findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Assist in planning, identification, and collection of relevant data needed for strategic planning decision making
- Evaluating competitor practices
- Collection of business information, and internal organizational analysis necessary to identify business drivers.
- Analyse business operations and projects.
- Conduct extensive market research.
Skills and Experience:
Essential Qualification:
- Matric /Grade 12 â?? including Math and English at Higher Grade
- A Bachelorâ??s degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergrad degrees: Engineering; Business Science; Finance;
- MBA, will be an advantage
Experience required:
- 5 yearsâ?? experience blue chip strategy/ management consulting firm or relevant Strategy Department within in a similar company.
- Evidence of career progression, e.g., promotion track record.
- Proven ability to develop and apply analytic solutions to solve business problems.
- Experience developing short and long term visions for solutions that have significant business impact.
- Ability to work both at a detail level as well as to summarize findings to make strong recommendations for change.
