SUMMARY:

Lead the Insights & Client Enablement function, driving quality oversight, AI-driven analytics, and client performance excellence through predictive scorecards and actionable insights. Accountable for translating data into performance improvements, delivering automated reporting and client packs, and ensuring top-tier collections performance across client portfolios. The role owns the insights strategy, governs quality assurance, manages scorecard customization against client targets, and serves as the key link between Customer Enablement, executives, and client stakeholders.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Establish AI-driven reporting and insights capabilities, shifting from reactive reporting to predictive, action-focused analytics. Lead a blended human-AI quality assurance model to improve efficiency and quality outcomes. Own and optimize client ranking scorecards to drive top-tier performance across key client portfolios. Develop integrated insight frameworks that align quality, performance, and client strategy. Drive resource optimization through data-driven insights and automated reporting. Present performance insights to executives and clients with commercial credibility and impact. Govern key performance forums, including scorecard reviews, client performance reviews, incentive assessments, and intervention tracking. Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing insights and quality teams. Job Experience and skill required Bachelor Degree \/ Postgraduate qualification in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Statistics, Strategy or related - Preferred 8+ years experience in collection strategy, Business intelligence or operational Proven experience presenting performance insights to executive and client stakeholders. Demonstrated success implementing AI and automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Experience managing blended human-AI operating models and workforce optimization.
