Ideal profile is a trained Strategy Consultant with post leadership experience in the FMCG industry. Alternately a strategy professional with a consumer-focused industry background could be considered. Role requires strong qualifications (post graduate essential), extensive leadership experience, person of stature and presence, leaning towards analytics and intellect, an innovative thinker who can challenge the current norm, establish a following and drive change.
