SUMMARY:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an entry-level Supply Chain & Purchasing Administrator to join their operations team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, hardworking, and solutions-driven, with a strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.

POSITION INFO:

Duties & Responsibilities

Purchasing and supplier order processing
Expediting orders and tracking deliveries
Supply chain coordination and administrative support
Clerical warehousing and stock-related administration
Processing transactions on ERP systems
Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
Maintaining accurate documentation and records

Requirements

Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Good email etiquette and professional communication skills
Strong verbal communication ability
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Good time management and deadline awareness
Strong problem-solving ability
Team-oriented with a proactive work ethic

Additional Information

Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
- Friday: 07:30 – 15:00
