You’ll join a retail group that doesn’t just collect data; it lives by it. Every model you build and every trend you uncover will directly shape inventory decisions, product availability, and customer experience across the country.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Develop analytical models to optimise supply chain performance.
Analyse supply chain and logistics data to identify inefficiencies, cost drivers, and opportunities for improvement.
Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, planning, logistics, buying, and operations) to ensure that data insights translate into tangible business results.
Continuously evaluate and improve data models.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related analytical field.
3+ years’ experience in a data analytics or supply chain analysis role within a fast-moving retail or logistics environment.
Strong experience with SAS, Python, or R for data.
Advanced Excel and Power BI.
Experience building inventory simulation models.
Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations - from procurement through distribution.
Analytical thinking, commercial awareness, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate data into business impact.
Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning techniques in a retail or FMCG setting.
