JOB SUMMARY:

An established agrochemical manufacturer is seeking the above to steer the implementation of the cluster Go-to-Market strategies and E2E Supply Chain performance for finished goods by leading the warehouse and transportation operations for domestic distribution, with the aim to achieve the optimum balance between customer satisfaction, cost, cash flow and flexibility through modern and efficient E2E SCM processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Must have a BA/MA degree or equivalent, preferably with focus on Supply Chain Management or Logistics
Minimum 10 years’ experience in and good knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics processes is essential
Previous experience within a global company and within a large region is required
Must have outstanding communication, organization, influencing and coaching skills
Good track record in talent development is important
Fluency in English is required; another European language will be an added advantage

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Contributing to Go-to-Market strategy definition and design of tailored solution offer to maximize customer satisfaction, cost and flexibility from a supply chain perspective. \
Ensuring norms and laws are compliantly adhered to in the E2E supply chain processes (incl. W&D, artwork management, relabelling & tolling if applicable, efficient Material master data maintenance etc.).
Engaging direct reports and encouraging teams on safe behaviours, compliant trade / logistics operations and on achieving safety targets.
Inspiring, developing and leading a high-performance country SCM team to pursue an innovative Supply Chain vision and permanent performance culture.
Ensuring alignment between all SCM stakeholders (Production site, Regional Planning, ES) for the cluster.
Orchestrating supply chain excellence initiatives in the cluster and enhancing customer experience by driving implementation of digital SC activities, ensuring adherence to global and regional processes, fostering best practices exchange and implementing mitigation plan in case of unmet targeted SCM KPI of the cluster.
Optimising cluster Finished Goods inventory, minimizing slow movers/ write offs and balancing flexibility and capital efficiency according to targets set to each country.
Engaging, collaborating and improving cross-functional and cross-businesses Country / Regional S&OP processes, while translating sales forecast into an integrated commercial-financial demand & supply plan.
Overseeing replenishment planning between Distribution Centres, inter-company business purchasing and tolling activities if applicable.
Additionally, along with Marketing and Sales, steering product launches, product allocations and product positioning at distribution level.
Interacting with Customer Service to prioritize product availability for backlog orders and following up on Finished Goods related complaints within the cluster.

Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable depending on experience gained
