Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis and prepare procurement strategies in collaboration with requesting departments.

• Ensure timely procurement of goods and services according to the approved procurement plan.

• Provide procurement information for monthly and quarterly management reporting.

• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks within the procurement process.

• Support internal and external audit processes by providing required information within deadlines.

• Engage and update stakeholders on procurement progress.

• Participate in organizational structures and forums as delegated.

• Assist with contract management, including processing invoices, reviewing variation orders, and maintaining the contract register.

Minimum Requirements:

• B Degree/B Tech or equivalent qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in purchasing or procurement administration, preferably within a public sector environment.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and database management software.

• Strong knowledge of tender administration processes.
