SUMMARY:
A Senior Supply Chain Manager position is available at a company specializing in the maintenance and supply of service retail spaces, forecourts, and commercial consumer outlets, as well as various pumps (including fuel, diesel, electric, petroleum and more).

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with overall business goals.
Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
Prepare demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supplier performance.
Negotiate contracts and build strategic partnerships with suppliers.
Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with manufacturing, finance, and sales departments to align supply chain functions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Manage the Purchasing Clerk.
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management.
10+ years of experience in supply chain roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and procurement.
Experience with supply chain management software – Syspro will be an advantage.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Adaptability and stress management.
Financial acumen.
Project management skills.
Team collaboration and leadership skills.
Strong computer skills.
Willing to travel.
Not a remote work position.
