JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the CFO our client is seeking a seasoned individual that is passionate about driving innovative and sustainable Supply Chain and after-sales solutions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is a hands-on warehouse (WMS completion), transport, International imports and demand planning which are the key aspects of the role. Warehouse activities include Ecommerce picking and dispatch, Ecommerce service delivery expansion – Same Day, Last Mile collection, 3rd Party Supplier fulfilled orders, WMS completion and Stock accuracy

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Supply Chain qualifications or Industrial Engineering
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain and Warehousing
Experience in managing a Logistics team
WMS knowledge aligned with E-commerce growth essential
Warehouse productivity and Quality experience
3rd Party Service Level agreements and performance monitoring
Supply Chain Costs
Supply Chain Quality Management
Health and Safety in the Supply chain functions
Proven Leadership Skills within a multitasking environment
Strong Business knowledge, demonstrated success in leading and implementing projects

Key Result Areas

Oversee the Central Warehouse operation
Monitor KPI for all SC functions
- Demand Plan Accuracy
- Inventory accuracy
- On-time delivery
- Distribution costs
Monitor e-commerce Pick and Pack Capacity
Manage and drive all key technical reporting according to KPIs
Optimise current WMS system and related workflows
Implement safety in Warehouse and distribution
Monitor transport capacity, 3rd party actual performance vs SLA
Develop with key Departments new distribution services and continuous improvement
Courier Integrated dispatch function
Supplier fulfilled e-commerce transactions
Implementation and maintenance of an approved Quality Management System
Organise and monitor gap analysis audits and assessments and draw action
