JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Experience and Skills Required

BEng – Industrial Engineer and Honours / Masters Degree
Looking at continuous improvement projects
Deal with processes rather than machines
Soft industries rather than hard industries
Research, develop, implement, and maintain Supply Chain modelling tools to enable fact-based optimization evaluation
Partner with Supply Chain Managers to ensure an optimal value chain
Excellent project management skills
Strategic and analytical thinking skills
Strong computer skills including ERP systems
Knowledge and skill of change management techniques
