JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Specialising on sourcing of plant and material for tender and construction purposes

- Responsible to negotiate and administration of purchasing process

- Assist with sourcing prices for subcontractors and prepare tender documents

- Responsible for payment terms negotiation ,optimisation and management.

- Handle and drive procurement policy focused on getting the best value for money.

- Responsible for managing suppliers ,setting and planning how to achieve supplier and business accreditation / SLA

- Periodic negotiation of material rates.

- Maintaining supplier relationships and master data.

- Liaising with managers and site agents to set & maintain budgets.

- Investigation and evaluation of new potential suppliers, recommending those most desirable to the superiors.

- Provide leadership, direction and effective management of procurement ,bids and financial management to achieve a high-level of performance and deliver high quality advice and professional service.

- Requesting and reviewing supplier quotations.

- Expediting and ensuring timely deliveries of material

- Spend analysis.

- Financial reporting.

- Procurement reporting

- General reporting
