POSITION INFO:

Supply Planner

Key Responsibilities

Deliver the FG Inventory Target
Deliver the C/A Target for Plants
Inventory Analytics
Monitor the excess inventory and inventory turns to ensure that cost inefficiency is under control as per agreed norms.
Ensure efficient capacity utilizations with proper balancing.

Major Challenges

Limited resource `considering the scope and scale of work
Overcome by: Prioritization and effective time management of responsibilities and activities
Playing critical roles within the function and establishing cross-functional credibility
Overcome by: Opening communication channels and regular interface to work collaboratively
Massive dependence on the global SC planning and SC teams to deliver on expectation and timelines
Overcome by: Establishing a cohesive relationship and continuous follow-ups and meetings

Educational qualifications:

MBA in SCM/Operations with a degree in B Tech./ B Pharma/ B.SC / B.Com
Relevant experience:
~ 3 - 6 yrs. of experience in supply chain planning. Exp in Pharma industry is desirable though not mandatory
