SUMMARY:
You will be helping out with office tasks in the Support department and make sure everything is recorded and handled correctly and promptly. The main person customers can reach out to for getting broken batteries booked in, picking up fixed ones, and staying updated on the status of their battery repairs

POSITION INFO:

Serve as the main point of contact for office assistance, providing support via phone and email
Schedule appointments and maintain communication with customers to stay updated on their needs
Coordinate equipment borrowing with customers and oversee the return process
Create and manage cases, handling administrative tasks and documentation
Process sales and transfer orders, including requests for repairs both internal and external
Organize files, scanned documents, and maintain up-to-date contact information for clients
Take responsibility for generating reports, managing stock, participating in stock checks, and overseeing Support ERP Warehouses.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 Years of experience

Qualification:
Minimum Matric
Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
