SUMMARY:
Discover new opportunities in your career as a Low-Voltage (LV) Support Service Technician! Join our client's team that provides technical support and become the go-to person for keeping low-voltage systems running smoothly. Your skills and expertise will truly make a difference in a dynamic work setting!

POSITION INFO:

Figure out and fix problems with low-voltage (LV) electrical systems and equipment
Regularly take care of and repair LV parts and devices
Look into why LV systems stop working, find the main reasons, and fix them
Provide technical help to LV customers, both in person and online
Write down and organize what you find when diagnosing issues and fixing LV systems
Work closely with different teams to make LV systems work better
Make sure to talk to everyone involved on time and clearly, sharing detailed reports and feedback about LV support services

Skills & Experience:
Have worked in this field for 3-5 years at least
Know a lot about the products, especially understanding electrical diagrams
Good with using computers, especially MS Office
Understand the systems well for effective support and maintenance
Can make smart decisions based on the rules for the job

Qualification:
BTech in Electrical Engineering or Technical Diploma/Certificate
Electrician
